Cancellations

The club uses text messages and email via a web based system for Juniors to advise of cancellations. This is one of the most sophisticated and immediate notification systems available today. Koru is probably the first Tennis Club in New Zealand to use such an innovative system.

Should you not be receiving such advice please contact Steve Morris (Junior Convenor) 09 576 6170 Mob 021 688 455 who will arrange for this.

Senior interclub cancellations are managed by team captains. 

Other events are managed by the organiser. 

We encourage the use of web based systems for management of teams and events as this is much more efficient and can provide a closed loop for notifications. To find out more contact admin@korutennis.co.nz

If there is no cancellation notice then please take it that the event is on.
