These will be run by Sunnyhills head coach Gabriel Hernandez, on Mondays and Thursdays 7.30pm for 1hr, These are fast-paced sessions, which are great to work on for overall fitness (upper & lower-body strength, speed, footwork, etc), however, players can do it at their own pace as well.
Also, we try to hit as many balls in the hour session, trying to cover all shots. Some tennis experience is needed, but this is not a technical class.
